This apartment is in a brand new gated community. It is perfect for you an your family.
-STRICTLY PROHIBITED to have Parties, Smoking or Vaping inside, or bring pets.
(Fine of $200 will be issued)

-Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 8am.

-Please do not use the towels for makeup. If the towels are stained, there will be a charge of $10 for each towel.
