This is the best Holiday in, from the staff, clean rooms, convenient for going to Mexico. The breakfast is amazing nothing compared to other places I have gone to.

Overall, our stay was average. We only interacted with staff at check in/out and they were pleasant. The room looked clean but the smell was not. I figured it was normal for the age of the hotel but it might have been the AC.

As soon as you walk in the hotel, you smell mold it’s worse on the second floor, where they initially put me they have plug-in air fresheners throughout the hotel and they moved my room and upgraded my room when I complained because it smelled like mold so bad on the second floor. Even the first floor room smelled like mold, horribly the whole time I was there. It looked like there was a major water problem in that room or in that building and it’s never been fixed correctly. There’s no cold water that comes out of the faucet to drink so they provide you with walmart brand water bottles there’s something seriously wrong going on there.

Amazing staff

My family stayed here for 2 nights and from the moment we checked in, the staff was amazing. We truly felt welcomed. The only issue was that the room wouldn't cool down. We let them know and they said someone would have to look at it the next morning. Thankfully it wasn't 100 degree temps. They came the next day and worked on it. It was better, but still not getting super cool in the room. Unfortunately, there wasn't another room with 2 king beds and a sofa bed to switch to. The beds were super comfy though and we all got some great sleep. We will probably book again for the next time we come.

We stay at this location quite often, and usually there are two girls that always help us. This time there was a gentleman, and he was nice but not quite as nice as they are. Kind of had a bit of an attitude.

This is our third time staying at this hotel and it will be our last. As soon as we walked in there was a smell of mildew or wet carpet. We went up to our room and the smell continued. The remote to the window shade had to be reprogrammed. We tried using the room phone to call the front lobby and all we heard was static. When we moved the phone a small cockroach came out from the phone. We ended up having to walk down to the lobby to talk to the staff. Later that evening as we were getting ready for bed the cockroach came out again. The next day we left a soda can on the desk and came back to ants on it.
