With 3 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed, 2 twin bed, and 1 full bed, our delightful property offers a soothing and charming atmosphere for guests. The backyard with a enclosed patio, pavers and artificial grass makes it a 3rd living room space. Enjoy a BBQ night with a pellet/propane grill at your leisure. The bathroom amenities include a bidet and shower, ensuring a delightful and refreshing experience. The main living room has a piece of history with a 1924 Baby Grand Julius Bauer piano, this piano is tuned every 6 months and is a pride and joy of the home. Whether you're exploring the city or simply relaxing, our house provides everything you need. This home is versatile since it boasts a dedicated office space with a Serta Comfort chair for the parents to a a Lego Land table for the kids. From the iron and washing machine to WiFi, we've got you covered. The neighborhood is a quiet small enclosed community with amenties such as: swimming pool, fitness center, pickleball court, basketball court, playground and dog park.
