Terrible communication with the administration. We were waiting for the message with instructions to get in, when we were in the door, not before. No top sheets on the bed, we requested the sheets and they never returned the call or the text anymore. Te pillows were deformed, old and awful. The location is very good but sadly the maid is a rude and unkind person, so you will not have any help from anyone.
