Very cozy and clean unit. Location in very good. Two steps for the malecon and short walk to Plaza Machado. Somewhat noisy at times, especially week end with traffic and loud music in the passing cars. Could be better equipped for longer stays (very limited cooking and cleaning utilities. Nice roof top pool with very limited seating

There’s no kitchen utensils, barely plates and glasses. And they only gave us one toilet paper for one week. The location is okay, but if you plan to rest, choose another place because is so close to bars with noisy music and so close to the avenue with a lot of cars passing by with loud music. There’s no security, and the checkin and checkout process is just to leave the key hidden. The coffee machine was super dirty that we did not want to use it, the towel and toilet hanger in the bathroom were broke, and the blankets smell horrible. I had to wash everything again.

The condo was clean clean and was in a great location. Although utensils and essentials like a kettle, saucepan dishcloth, broom are very much needed. Also no hairdryer. Concierge were there from time to time and very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the Boardwalk and many restaurants. Streets are very noisy in the evenings.

Staff was average at best It was 2:30 p.m. when we arrived i tried for days trying to get a hold of them with no succes to let them know we'd be arriving earlier than 4:00 pm check in as they requested us to do so. As a result room wasn't ready but was giving our assigned room info when we came back at check in front desk had given our room to someone else,we had to wait an additional hour and a half to get our assigned room back as i wouldn't settle for anything else. Housekeeper on site was rude and mattres on sofa bed was really nasty and not enough towels other than condo was nice and big and great location.

Every wall in the room had a crack bed sheets were stained only cooking utensils were non existent the view into the abandoned decomposing building should’ve been mentioned prior. Staff was excellent service could not have been matched.

La habitación impecable , con todo lo necesario, el personal amable, las instalaciones muy bien también , solo un detalle , en las habitaciones que dan a la calle se escucha muy fuerte el sonido de los coches que pasan con música toda la noche, fuera de eso el condominio, las facilidades , la alberca , el elevador y el estacionamiento hacen muy amena la estancia

This was my second stay at this place. The first time was not a good experience but was not unable to cancel my second stay and since I had no choice I stayed here again. However, this time was great. Good and friendly front desk staff and the the room was spacious and everything was working. Some improvement in the cleaning needs to be done because we found a used toothbrush and a used soap in the shower floor. It's a good location and good place for the price.

This wasn’t our first time staying at Casa Barros, and we really enjoy the location. It’s a beautiful building with excellent air conditioning and a lovely rooftop pool offering great views of the city. The hotel is conveniently close to Centro Histórico, surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and key spots in Mazatlán. Plus, it’s just steps away from the beach with stunning views. Some of the staff were kind and helpful. A special thank you to Samantha and the cleaning team for making our stay very pleasant. The check-in process, however, could have been smoother. Since I booked through Expedia, there was some confusion about an outstanding balance, but after sending screenshots of my payment, the front desk was able to sort it out. We had originally booked a triple condo but were reassigned to a double and a single room due to electrical issues. Fortunately, the staff accommodated our request for an early check-in, which we appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and nicely maintained. We came better prepared this time, as the property doesn’t offer room service or cleaning supplies during the stay. Overall, Casa Barros is a charming place in a perfect location. ideal for families who enjoy exploring Mazatlán’s culture, food, and beaches. We would stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

La estancia muy bien, solo que falta más limpieza, ya que había animalitos pequeños, que si dejabas por un momento comida se llevaba y tmb más limpieza en las sábanas, almohadas están manchadas, pero de ahí en fuera bien.
