This lovely first floor apartment on the Chautauqua Institution's North end is located on a beautiful, quiet dead end street providing plenty of peace and privacy after a long day of lectures and exploring. Attached to a larger home, this unit has a separate entrance and private patio to enjoy on your own, or it may be rented in addition to the main house. With 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom, this cozy apartment sleeps 6 comfortably boasting two queen beds in the bedroom with the addition of a sleeper sofa. Enjoy the many extra features of this great apartment such as cable and Wi-Fi, wall A/C and private washer/dryer unit. Grab a few friends and BBQ on the serene patio while taking in the nature of this beautifully located property. 1 Parking space provided (Must purchase pass from the Institute). **No smoking/No pets**
