「Nice, cozy, comfortable home in close proximity to Athens, GA where we were attending a wedding. Nicely appointed with updated features. Very close to downtown Jefferson. Owner was very responsive to questions.」

「I loved the property location, very central!!! The place was in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Did not expect that!!! It felt safe being there. The property was very accurate and easy to find. The only take away was that the upstairs floors were a bit squeaky and the secondary bathroom had a moldy shower curtain. Everything else about the property was great」

「This was a return trip to this property. Clean, affordable and in a great location. The host is very responsive and helpful.」

「My family and I absolutely love this place. It’s beautiful and clean. Very suitable for my family of three. Chris’s communication and check in were excellent. If we ever make it back to Gainsville, we’ll be sure to book this space again!」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. Nearby in Winder there are some really great local places to go.We all liked the mix of older farm house charm with the more modern decor and remodel. I would recommend to my friends and would also stay here again.」
