"トイレの水が止まらない→２回見に来て水栓ボタンを叩きその時だけ直った感じの修理→３日目に水が流れくなりようやく壁に穴を開けてボタンの付け替えで安心してトイレを使えるようになった。 大きなバスタブが付いているのに止水栓が無くてお湯を 貯められない→持って来たくれた栓がシンク用のやつで 当然使えない→４日目にようやくサイズが合うのを持って来たがここまでに三人が関わっている。 部屋にドライヤーが無く貸出も数が無く、何度も困る旨 伝えて、翌日部屋にドライヤー取り付けに来てくれた。 部屋にはバスタオル、ハンドタオル（日本で言うフェイスタオル）、バスマットが各一枚有り、追加は有料。 ランドリールームの洗濯機も有料なので、数日滞在には バスタオルを持参することをお勧めする。 今回は観戦会場に近いことがメイン理由で選んだが それ以外良い点はほぼ皆無である。"
