This adds value, as the layout allows the apartment to comfortably accommodate 6 people.<br><br> All these elements definitely make us feel that we have a unique option to offer you in Mayagüez!<br><br>This elegant apartment is fully equipped and furnished, with two bedrooms each featuring a queen-size bed (sleeping 2 people each), allowing it to easily accommodate 4 people (an additional charge of $15.00 per night applies for each person beyond 4) in this apartment. It also includes sheets, pillowcases, bedspreads, and pillows.<br><br>The kitchen includes: sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, glasses and wine glasses, cleaning supplies, pots, and a table.<br><br>The bathroom features a shower, hot water, towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, soap, and a shower cap.<br><br>Includes, among other things: smart TV and Roku system, Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, air conditioning, smoke detector, closet with shelves, and cleaning supplies such as a broom, dustpan, bucket, and mop.<br><br>Parking is private and located in front of our facilities. We have one parking space available per apartment.<br><br>Our facilities are connected to and rely exclusively on public utilities provided by the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority. Reservations are made with the guest’s acknowledgment and understanding of this condition; therefore, any interruption in these utilities will not limit or result in the termination of the reservation or any type of refund.<br><br>Internet service is provided as a courtesy and is subject to the availability of the service from the provider.<br><br>All responsibility for the physical and public safety regarding the use of the apartment rests solely with the guest making the reservation.<br><br>Pets, smoking on the premises, and holding parties or activities in the apartments or common areas are not permitted. Any violation of these rules will result in a penalty starting at $250.00.<br><br>NuThis cancellation policy is strict, meaning there will be no refund once the established amount has been paid.<br><br>We provide personalized customer service via text messages or phone calls through our phone number, which is shared immediately after the reservation is made.<br><br>The reservation will be charged in full at the time of booking.
