Room was spacious although there were some signs of wear & tear (eg marble counter top was cracked in 2). Most staff were very courteous & pleasant although some servers in the breakfast buffet seemed to not care at all about engage positively & pleasantly with guests.

Brilliantly brilliant!

What can I say! Absolutely fantastic… Service was of the scale, food and drink were spot on and the grounds and amenities were amazing. In my top 3 holidays of all time. One slight criticism, you cannot get away from music anywhere on the resort if you wanted a bit of quiet relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandals Barbados Adults Only. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Plenty of dining options and lots of pools. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The property is convenient to the airport, so transportation was a breeze. Plenty of activities for the choosing. We would definitely return!

Sandals Barbados is a beautiful resort with very beautiful gardens. Very friendly and helpfull staff Because it was not possible to reserve all the restaurants you wanted to a 3 days stay did not bring what was expected. Room needs an upgrade. Food was good but not very special.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 – Beautiful Property, Great Food, but Service Needs Improvement We recently stayed at a Sandals resort and were genuinely impressed by how beautiful the property was. The grounds were immaculate, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food throughout the resort was truly amazing. You can tell a lot of care goes into the culinary experience, and we appreciated that. However, a few service issues kept the stay from being perfect. At one of the restaurants, we waited for a lunch table and were ignored for about two minutes while staff walked past us without acknowledging we were there. It wasn’t a long wait, but it didn’t match the level of attentiveness you expect from a resort of this caliber. The biggest disappointment was with one of our excursions. It had been scheduled for the day before, but when we arrived on time, we ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour only to be told it was cancelled due to lack of availability. It was frustrating to lose that time and miss out on an experience we were looking forward to—especially since we could have planned something else instead. Overall, the resort itself is stunning and the food exceeded expectations, but the service inconsistencies and excursion mishap were disappointing. With a bit more attention to guest communication and hospitality, this stay could have easily been a five‑star experience.

Amazing place - already rebooked!

This is how all “All inclusive”’s should be!! Not only was everything included, premium spirits as well, but there was so much choice. 20 places to eat at meant in the week we were here we didn’t try all of them. Quiet and Lively areas to suit all tastes. Shame the sea was choppy all of our stay but it didn’t really spoil much. And the staff (all staff!) were just so friendly. Big converts to the Sandals concept.

The resort is beautiful, the food is excellent & varied but the jewel in the crown is without a doubt the staff. Everybody is friendly beyond belief, helpful and just plain fun. Special mention needs to go to: Makayla of the donut shop with whom we had a wonderful chat sitting outside during a lull in business. Ryan, Ken and Tory at the dive shack who made my first dives after many years worry free. Maxwell of maintenance who dropped everything he was doing to help us with our room door that locked us out. Rhea of the Cafe de Paris who was a picture of efficiency, making crêpes, dispensing pastries, coffees & ice cream nonstop, always agreeable, never flustered. Thanks to all!

This is my first time staying at a Sandals resort and visiting Barbados and it was disappointing. I do not think I would go back. I felt like it was a waste of money. The positive side is staff were very friendly except for one of the ladies working at the main pool bar. Overall I feel this was over advertised. They say there’s a lot of restaurants but not really. The good ones is only available for dinner. If you want to make reservations you have to go to the desk, which they leave so early. The breakfast is horrible. We ate once and never tried it again. Lunch there’s not many options open. As far as the liquor it felt like it was cut with water. You can drink all day and never feel drunk. Entertainment completely horrible. There’s barely anything to do. Especially at night. The beds are way too firm. I’ve stayed at lower scale resorts and had a wayyyy better experience. It’s also disappointing because this was the first vacation my boyfriend I took together and we honestly both felt like we wished we picked elsewhere. For my first time staying at a sandals I am really disappointed and don’t think I would be likely to book again.

Absolutely loved this resort and it gave us our best vacation ever!!! Beautiful, safe island…respectful people everywhere. I keep telling people this was such a great trip, it almost feels like we were in an ad for the trip, not on the trip, lol! We are in serious talks to come back same time next year for my 50th bday!

The main issue with this resort is the customer service. It is horrible. There are a couple great staffers but in general, the staff is comparable to going to the DMV to get your driver's license renewed.
