Property was gorgeous! Everything we needed was there. Great communication with property managers. House was clean and neat. We look forward to going back! Highly recommend! Perfect size for what we needed.
Perfect location with wonderful amenities! Our family had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. Really cute property with everything you need. Host was very prompt with communication. Thank you!
We had a wonderful time staying at the Nut House. Very comfortable and well kept. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night and walking around the pecan trees during the day.
We had a great time at the Nut Farm House. There was plenty of space and things to do. It was clean, with lots of charm. All (3) properties were unique and classically decorated. I would definitely go there again!!!!
We went to San Marcos to attend a football practice because our son will be playing in the fall. This was our first experience taking the whole family for the weekend. The home slept everyone very comfortably, and we easily had other friends over in the evenings for meals because there is so much dining seating, indoors and out. The boys played basketball, ping-pong, and used the Slack line a lot. They enjoyed having things to do at the house. It was very comfortable!
The property was beautiful and the houses were all very clean and comfortable to stay in! Everyone loved it ranging from ages 12 all the way up to 75 and all ages in between. We will definitely be back. On top of loving the property, the owners are amazing. My parents had tire trouble and had to stay at house past check out time on Sunday and they accommodated them to stay a few hours no problem… which was above and beyond and really helped my parents in such a stressful situation.
We were able to check in 30 min earlier. We did have a bit of issue getting inside, but property manager was quick to resolve issue. House was beautiful! House was well maintained and clean. I absolutely loved the claw foot tub.I did see property details that there were 2 other houses on same property, so I was aware we may have close neighbors. Property details also stated no ATV's on property, but low and behold there was not only an ATV being driven aroung but also a dirt bike, by the propery owners family(who ALSO was staying on property). While we were trying to relax in the back porch they were driving close by our vehicles on the driveway of the house we were staying at, round and round in circles. I thought that was a bit rude and disrespectful to those who are paying to stay on the property. We also heard loud music and yelling at the other property. So yes the house was beautiful and the grounds, but not the peaceful, quiet weekend I had hoped for. Also we would adjust the AC in the house, and it was constantly being changed. Not sure if it was timer or something/someone else, but that was very bothersome.
Cool property and great house! Would be 5 stars without hesitation but cooking and eating utensils were not clean across the board and the utensils storage containers had visible good debris and sticky stuff inside them. Something that wouldn't take much work to earn easy 5 stars for most. Property was very cool too!
