"Great location, cabin was very clean and fairly spacious. There's no ac but having windows open and using block fans made it work well. There were tons of bugs around, but that's to be expected. Would definitely come back!"

"Coming from the Twin Cities, this was a very pleasant four hour drive north into a wonderfully secluded lakeside cabin resort. While we didn't fish (it seems perfect for it), we did enjoy our time fixing a few slow meals in the cabin, getting out on the lake, watching the stars at night, and checking out a few nearby spots, like the county fair (that just happened to be perfectly timed with our trip) and bars/restaurants. Really beautiful land up by Northome, and recommend the stay for the area!"

"We came back to this cabin for our second time and again it was perfectly cozy with the warm fire. It had all the amenities needed. The property manager had GREAT communication and was able to help us with all of our needs in a timely manner. We are excited to come visit again in the future! "

The listing wasn’t completely clear that the property was a part of a larger condo building with other guests staying right next door and there were a lot of flies and beetles on the floors and walls. Winter Wonderland

"Perfect location for those looking to xx ski and fish. Miles of groomed trails nearby and unlimited back country skiing via the lake and Chippewa National Forest. We loved how quiet the lake was. No human activity other than our group. The dogs had a blast exploring the national forest and its critters. Fishing was fantastic. There's a large sunken bar about 3/4 mile east of the cabin that supported a diverse fish community. The cabin is so spacious with the massive game room attached. So many sleeping options too. Thanks to Sandra and team for the accommodations! Highly recommend this location!!"

Cozy 1950’s lake front cabin with beautiful sunsets!

This cabin is as "Minnesota" as it gets!

"Cozy, clean and quiet. The lake is absolutely gorgeous. Clear sandy bottom and shallow along the shoreline. We enjoyed kayaking and even caught a few sunnies! We made most of our meals at the cabin but did venture out to Riley's Cannibal Junction for a couple of awesome burgers and a quick stop at Hayslips Corner just down the road. There's also a great little store within walking distance from the cabin with almost everything you could ever need. Thank you for sharing this wonderful cabin with us. We made memories we won't soon forget!"
