「Excellent host, very quick to respond.This was a great experience and one that we will do again. We had several unexpected happenings, but we still enjoyed ourselves. The house/camp could use some work, not fully as it looked in the pictures. The location is almost the end of the road so the boating traffic can get overwhelming when fishing. Early morning and late evenings were the best as the peace and quiet were refreshing.We enjoyed dinner at the local bar and grill…excellent food. And...

「The house was ok except for the mold or what the host calls mildew all over the living room ceiling. There was a lot of mold with drip marks on the living room/dining/kitchen ceiling with drip marks from what appears to have been from the previous roof. This should be handled properly before someone gets sick from the “mildew”.」

「The unit was fine for a place to stay. The property manager is slow with check-in instructions and we never received any check out instructions. The manger is absolutely unavailable after normal business hours for any issues that come up, as we found out. The house had been updated recently but the workmanship was of mixed quality. The new flooring was laid over an obviously rotted subfloor juding by how springy the floor was when walking on it.」

「We rented this VBRO property for a weekend to bring our boat on the Tickfaw River for the annual Fireman's Fund Poker Run. Property is very close (maybe 100 yards) to the Riverside Marina which has a nice boat launch, fuel, and store. We were able to launch the boat the bring the truck and trailer back to the VBRO. Property is very well maintained, clean, well equipped with very nice decor. Excellent communications with the VBRO Host who was very accommodating.Will definitely return to the...
