「We stayed as a family including 2 adults, 2 adult children and one child. We had plenty of room and adequate number of restrooms. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach was there. The location is far from the city, but that was what we wanted. The seaweed made the beach nearby impossible to use , but the views were amazing. The host was very responsive and the community is quiet and not very crowded. 」

「Great view- Great location- Great condo with many nice touchs. My best stay in Palmas Del Mar yet. 」

「We had a lovely time. Great safe property in gated community. We rented car and drove from San Juan. Had minor issue with AC and the property was super responsive with how to fix it. 」

「First off the host was very accommodating from our initial booking. We booked one floor and later needed the second floor and he helped make it all work. The property is off a little side dirt road off a main road that takes you into a neighborhood, the property is not part of that neighborhood. 「This place was perfect for our family vacation- 5 children (ages 7-15) and 3 adults. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and areas to spend time together too. There are 2 balconies- one overlooking the golf course and one with an ocean view- the ocean breezes are fantastic! We ate outside every meal. 「The property is everything as advertised. So much so we had planned for a day outing into the rainforest and decided against it because we were so at peace hanging out on the property. We didn’t even bother with the AC. We just opened up all the windows and let the natural air circulate and listen to the sounds of the rainforest. Our host Thomas was incredibly friendly, helpful, and ready with recommendations. Will most definitely be returning to this little slice of Heaven. 」

「The best place to spend your days if you visit the city of Guayama, easy access to all the sites of interest in the area.」

「This was my first international VRBO and you never know what you are going to get. I was pleasantly surprised. Check in was wonderful- had a little mishap with the code and Paola responded immediately and fixed it right away. House was quiet, clean and ACs worked well.
