Located on the 3rd floor of a residence with direct beach access (no elevator), the apartment offers a spacious living area open to the outdoors, two air-conditioned bedrooms, and a warm atmosphere ideal for enjoying family holidays by the sea.

A true extension of the apartment, the sunny south-facing terrace allows you to fully enjoy the sea and beach views throughout the day.
