「Stayed one night at the W&H View Residency and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We mentioned we had been traveling most of the day and had not had an opportunity to have dinner; they provided a complimentary snack that was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. It’s also in a great location. We also requested assistance with booking a taxi and they recommended a very reliable and safe driver.」

「My request for a ground-floor room (or) one close to the lift was not even sent to the hotel (according to the hotel manager). The property was not convenient for parking our car and there were too many mosquitoes.」
