「My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience. Quoting my dad “The birthday arrangement was beautiful, the cake was lovely, and the   famous DoubleTree cookie was the best. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent, and the amenities were exceptional.” What really stood out to them was the warmth and attention to detail throughout their stay. My mum still can’t stop complimenting the food; my...

「Beautiful Location. Great Food. Warm people. Some staff need better education, couple of unpleasant incidents happened because of the staff that is not working consumer facing messed up.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Yala Hotel River Front. The room was spacious and our breakfast was really good. The safaris they organized for us were really fun and having a pool to cool off in after was really nice.. I would recommend staying here if visiting Yala.」

「Staff were wonderful 」

「Great safari and pool villa and very kind and great staff. More than a Hilton 」

「Our stay at Yala Safari Camping was absolutely amazing! The staff greeted us at the meeting point outside the park and organized a private ride to the glamping tents. When we arrived there was a home cooked Sri Lankan lunch waiting for us. Our room was very clean, air conditioned and equipped with everything we could need. It was also beautifully nestled into the jungle with amazing views and surrounded by wildlife. The safari tour was great, our guide was very helpful and made sure we had a...

「great pool close enough to national park but hotel is a little tired」

「Excellent hotel and staff. Highly recommended. Food superb. 」

「We had a nice one night stay at Nehansa Resort and Safari. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful! The staff were very nice. However, the manager is quite pushy about selling safari tours. He sent both unsolicited emails and texts weeks before we arrived. Some people may like that, but we did not appreciate it. Also, before leaving the hotel, we needed to show our Expedia receipt to the manager, as he did not believe that we had paid. We also had to contact Expedia in order to communicate...

「Fabulous staff, a haven of peace after a day in the national park. Lovely pool and good food.」
