「The Managers were absolutely wonderful. So friendly, caring, so thoughtful, and so polite. Rooms were enormous with Four Poster Bed. Surrounded by Nature. Morning call from Peacocks, sunset, evening muted Elephant calls. Food requests honoured and the cooking was magic. Breakfast FoC and as much as a Wrestler could possibly eat. The traditional food served was some of the best I have eaten in Sri Lanka and the attention to detail with service was unmatched. 10/10 recommend for a quiet getaway amongst nature. 」

They arranged our safari request to a not-frequently-visited area in Yala National Park and we were very pleased with that. The Hotel is conveniently located within relatively short distances from Yala and several other parks and sanctuaries.」

「Awesome property and owner. The person was so nice. He saved the day and we slept through our alarm in the morning, and gently knocked on our door to make sure we were not missing out on the safari. He even gave us bus tips to get to Ella in the evening. And we had a lovely chat with him in the afternoon on his veranda while staying cool from the sun. He’s a great guy and very caring for his guests. Very highly recommend this place! 」

「Hi, the property was nice, but in the middle of the rice fields. They did not serve dinner, so you have to take a tuktuk to town. The room itself was large and beautiful, but the AC did not work and there was no fridge in the room.」

「Great and huge room with amazing view over the salt lake. Beautiful smiley staff. Nice pool. Very tasty uncomlicated breakfast. Our driver was provided with 3 meals a day! Fun time watching the huge monkey family playing in the trees. They can be quite loud at times. Hambantota is a small and and easy going town. Good shopping.」
