The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The location was also excellent. We actually went to the wrong TURIM hotel initially, but even the staff at the other hotel were super friendly and not only found our reso , but gave us simple directions on how to get there! Thoroughly recommend for a great break in Lisbon

A beautiful building with relaxing spaces that oozed quality. Our room was in the modern extension as were most rooms. Nice pool. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
