  • You love the water... then this is your place to be!
    The villa has been completly renovated in 2024!
    Start kayaking or by boat exploring the beautiful beaches and Mangroves right from the dock, direct access (Lift is not available right now but small boats can be tied at the dock). Catch your fish and enjoy it for dinner....watch Dolphins pass by.... The private pool (heated) gives a nice refreshment after a day out and about. Private pool, no sharing!

    Nestled between Cape Coral and Pine Island, Matlacha is a small, old Florida island style known as the fishing capital of SWFL. It offers a one-of-a-kind coastal experience, where the local community's creativity and love for the sea shine through. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at this waterfront retreat and immerse yourself in the laid-back charm of Matlacha with small Island shops and beautiful Waterfront restaurants.

    Cape Coral and Fort Myers are just a few minutes away! Great white sandy beaches of nearby Sanibel, Captiva Island & Cayo Costa.

The house was the perfect location for a vacation spot. My husband and kids enjoyed fishing right off the dock. The pool was a favorite for my kids. The house was clean and had all the additional amenities that help when traveling from out of state. It was a wonderful rental and would definitely choose this place again.
