Complete with AC/heating, an all in one washing/drying machine, bikes, kayaks, boat dock, paddle board and WiFi. The town offers many attractions alone with close access to Pine Island and Cape Coral. Just a short drive to Fort Myers or Sanibel beaches. This property provides all the comforts needed for a wonderful stay, and is one of the most peaceful waterfront areas in Florida. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Beautiful cottage

We've been staying on pine Island for years, and we really enjoyed our stay at the 57 in Matlacha. We took advantage of the bikes and the hot tub just about every day. Loved waking up and seeing the water every morning, even had a pair of manatee swim by! Overall our stay was very pleasant and convenient to everything we love! I highly recommend the 57, it's spacious and very comfortable. My suggestions to the owner would be to invest in a few lamps, taller kitchen garbage can and a colander.
