「This was the worst place ever. Black mold on walls and mouse feces and shelves. The pictures on the listing were definitely not the same house. Left the house right away and had to go back to get pictures. Didn’t even stay 10 mins in the house and booked a hotel room. I requested a full refund due to unsanitary conditions and not staying in home. Host still has not gotten back to me about it and it’s been over a week. I would not recommend staying at the property even if it’s the only place...

「Great place. Would stay again.」

「Charming little place, definitely enjoyed fishing off their dock while watching beautiful sunsets unfold over Lake Manatee too!」

「The listing was misleading. When we arrived, the place was run-down, and there was trash like an old mattress and a sink outside. We hoped that the inside would be renovated because of the high pile of trash outside. However, we realized the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, and looking back at the listing, we saw there was no bathroom photo. There were also strong chemical smells that seemed to mask other odors. The location wasn't favorable either, so we decided not to use the property....

「I loved my stay here. It was spacious, clean, and very peaceful. It had all the little extras that I needed to make it feel like home. I would definitely stay here again.」
