"We were looking for an alternative all-inclusive resort to Turkey or Greece (so we can drive there vs flying). The potential for this resort is huge...it competes very well with the best. "Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Great buffet style breakfast and friendly staff. It is located right on the main square so wonderful for seeing the sights and restaurants. Only downside is parking is at a municipal multi story car park outside the old city with a discount. Shuttle buses run from outside hotel and hotel did provide full instructions pre arrival. This restriction applies to all hotels in the old town. Otherwise a great stay, "

"It was a lovely property with beautiful views. I wish we would have had time to explore more of the area and the hotel amenities. I took off one star because we were not able to control the thermostat in our own room, which is important to me. We were told it was centrally controlled. It was very stuffy in the room but when we opened the door to the balcony to get air, any fan movement in the room stopped. Please consider letting guests control their room temperatures, especially when the weather is at least 10 degrees warmer than expected."
