「Struttura bella in teoria ma, nella pratica un luogo semi abbandonato. Io ho scelto una villa luxory con piscina privata, peccato che la piscina non era collegata e di conseguenza non c'erano attivati filtri e ricircolo d'acqua. Inoltre odore assurdo di umidità, niente acqua calda ed infine il giardino lasciato incolto. Macchie di umidità ovunque....alla fine mi hanno cambiato la villa dicendo che questa nuova era fantastica... allora perché non darmala subito! Nel cambio notturno vado in...

「A smaller hotel but with provided a great experience. The staff were outstanding from reception to the bar. The rooms were very cool (we had a family room) and large, clean and very well appointed. The restaurant always looked good with many options enough to satisfy kids too. The kids also loved the pool & table tennis games room. The Dive centre in the hotel was also excellent and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It all worked well. Just over an hour from the airport but plenty stuff...

「Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel aucune visite de l’hôtel, la taxe était beaucoup plus cher que ce qu’il était indiqué sur la facture le gérant de l’hôtel pas du tout agréable la chambre que J ai réservé n’étais pas du tout la même et plus petite je devais avoir une baignoire plus une douche hors je n’ai eu qu’une douche la salle de bain était en mauvaise état, la piscine n’était jamais nettoyé très sale. Énormément déçue vue le prix que j’ai payé.」

「The location is great and the accommodation is generally good. We had to get the taps fixed and get the weighing scales working. Our real problem was the food - not interesting, not well prepared. In a place like that, food is very important. Also, we informed the hotel two months before we went that there would be 3 people and not 4, but the hotel didn't reply, didn't pay any attention, and have refused to refund the cost of the fourth person. When we were there they promised to do something...

「Room was spotless, staff were great especially Rosie and the manager Megan. Location is great, it is set in a quieter part of the island which we loved, the pool is right near the beach so you can enjoy both at once, there is parking if you rent a car and the room are private and really well designed.」
