"Lovely little place, near a couple of quiet and nice beaches, as well as small lakes and waterfalls. The place was clean and just large enough for our family of five. If you're looking for a quiet place, away from the city, this is it. We would certainly come back, if they had decent A/C, as it is, it's too hot. Some points of improvements: - just 1 mobile A/C unit, we suggest adding 2 so every bedroom can be cooled or - even better - a split-unit A/C; - not a lot of cutlery, e.g., just one...

"We called the day before check in and was told that the property was under renovations. Full payment was already made. We are awaiting a refund. We gave spoken to persons at Expedia who indicated that the host has to cancel the reservation first. We are still awaiting feedback and a full refund. Extremely disappointing. Property should NOT be listed and full payment take if under renovations."

"Great location approximately 10-15 minutes away from the airport. Close to Trincity mall with grocery. About a 30 minute drive to Port of Spain without traffic, considering all Carnival activities was in Port of Spain. The entire condo was very clean and tidy, which made our stay comfortable. There are more small decor touches around the inside of the rental that give it a more homey feel; from convenient shelves, nightstands, dresser space, to the new deck next to the pool! The deck definitely makes the pool even more inviting and usable. "Great location approximately 10-15 minutes away from the airport. Close to Trincity mall with grocery. About a 30 minute drive to Port of Spain without traffic, considering all Carnival activities was in Port of Spain. The entire condo was very clean and tidy, which made our stay comfortable. The two areas of improvement in my humble opinion would be the directions received was not clear, it was challenging being a visitor to the country. But the instructions inside of the booklet at the condo I felt was more helpful. And the bath towels had a lot of lint. But Nekesha our host was very receptive and replaced those towels within a timely manner, which we appreciated.I noticed in a previous review of the cozy condo, a guest stated there was no privacy blinds. But there is privacy blinds, which leads me to believe that it was just a user error for that previous guest. Not knowing how to use the blinds. Overall we had a wonderful time, and communication with our host Nekesha was great. Looking forward to a future stay at the cozy condo. "
