"The hospitality and surroundings were exceptional. We greatly enjoyed our 2-week stay in rural Umbria, a part of Italy which remains Italian. The scenery is wonderful and if you enjoy cycling, walking or simply taking-in the unspoilt landscapes, this is certainly the place to stay. The property is maintained in excellent condition, has plenty of space and all the facilities you could reasonable ask for, and the owner lives only 30 minutes away should he be needed."

Senigallia und Fano), kilometerlange Strände, eine Tropfsteinhöle und einige Castellos."

"Just come back from our second stay at John and Jacky's lovely apartment. We stayed in the lower apartment this time and although it doesn't have the use of the hot tub we found it better having the shade on the veranda. Once again scrupulously clean and nothing is too much trouble for John and Jacky. Would definitely book again."

"We had a lovely stay at Casa San Martino, celebrating ferragosto using the wood burning stove, and enjoying the grassy space and refreshing pool with beautiful views. Our children loved it, and so did we. About a 30 minute drive from Senigallia so we also enjoyed a day at the sea. We hope to return again! Grazie!"

"Fijne week gehad in regio Umbrië. Wij fietsen graag (e-bike) en dan is de locatie op de top van een klim van 5 km niet heel praktisch. Wel mooie basis om regio te verkennen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Uitrusting keuken (messen om groenten etc te snijden, lepels om te roerbakken etc) redelijk beperkt."
