「ホテル（モーターロッジ）のスタッフは親切。部屋についてはエアコン無し、歯ブラシ等の付属品もなく、ベッドも真ん中がくぼんでスプリングも弱くなっている等々シティホテルとは比較にはならないが、レンタカーで移動するには何とかビジネスで使える距離範囲。」

「A well appointed, spotlessly clean, and oh so comfortable hideaway, with lovely bush views. Hearing kiwi calling in the night and kākā during the day added to the feeling of being somewhere very special. Our hosts were lovely, and generous with their time and suggestions of things to do. The bach is just up the road from the Tawharanui Open Sanctuary (and night-time kiwi spotting), and the Matakana Market and Cinema are just 10 minutes away. We'll be back!」

Excellent location, short walking distance to the main part of town with lots of food options and the brewery across the road was a great place to do a relaxed beer tasting while listening to some live music. Would highly recommend and will likely stay here again.」

「The property is cool. We took our elderly mum. The entrance to the house is flat and was easy for her to navigate. The house is well appointed in Kiwi chic, very comfortable beds, bathroom with shower and bath is very tidy, address was very easy to find, 2 mins from the Warkworth Township. Steve is a top chap, nothing is a problem. The sheep on the other hand were a complete disappoinment, generally disinterested in us.」
