「It’s a lovely hotel and very convenient stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. I’m not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish.
I’m being picky hoping I’m being helpful. It was a fab stay and I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. 」

「There were no cocktails to be had At All ! The pillows need changing as they are like bricks and the Showers need a shower mat as it becomes very, very slippery.
This is a shame, because everything else was Great.」
「As part of our honeymoon road trip my good lady wife wanted to see Beamish so the holiday inn was a good choice location wise. From the start the hotel, staff and managers were top notch even going out of their way to manage my accessibility and food allergy issues. Absolutely will be back again and again. 」
