Das Haus liegt am Ende der Straße, welche wirklich diesen Namen nicht verdient, somit gibt es keinen Durchgangsverkehr und der angrenzende Wald verschafft zusätzlich Ruhe. 「Die Fotos sehr gut in Szene gesetzt. Ausblicke auf einen See haben wir nicht gehabt...! Man hat auch nicht das große Grundstück für sich alleine. Grundstück sehr versteckt, angrenzend an einer Fabrik. Ganz enge Einfahrt. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Kleinbus dort lang zu kommen. Man muss alles mit dem Auto erledigen, fußläufig überhaupt nicht möglich! Sehr schlechtes WLAN(unsere Kinder finden das schrecklich) Keine Waschmaschine und sämtliche anderen Sachen die vermerkt waren, haben wir bis...

「This is a classic Italian villa with beautiful grounds and scenic views of the lake and mountains. The garden is beautifully kept and we enjoyed using the pool but sadly couldn’t make the most of the grounds due to the poor weather. Dennis the house keeper was incredible and always on hand to answer any questions we had. We did not have a car so we used the local transport - the bus stop and train station is less than a 5 min walk away. There are many towns and villages to explore close by,...

「Wir haben den urlaub in der Villa sehr genossen. Das einzige Problem, war die etwas dürftig ausgestattete küche, wenn man für 10 Personen kochen möchte oder z.B. Salat machen möchte. Vielen Dank an Viola, sie hat uns sehr freundlich betreut.」

Super spacious with fantastic library of books. We were sad to leave. Just keep in mind - it's an old house! No air conditioning so adjust expectations for summer months.」

「We’re a group of 14 people who stayed in the three apartments. The accommodation was comfortable and the central apartment served as a common dining area for all of us with a large dining table and good kitchen. The hosts are super helpful and the small stores and bars in the neighborhood were quaint and very friendly. 」

「The location is beautiful, right by the lake and there is BBQ, garden, all cooking utensils etc! Probably need 2 more drinking mugs and we can’t find any ironing facilities! The shower room needs a shelf or cupboard to put things on but all in all, we are very happy and thank you for letting us stay! 」

"The staff was attentive and very quick to respond to my messages. My flight was delayed by 5 hours, and I ended up staying at the hotel for only about 3 hours. It was meant to be an overnight layover in Milan (original landing at 7:30 p.m. turned into past midnight), and with my connecting flight just 4–5 hours later, I even contemplated skipping the hotel altogether. Since it was too late for the free pick-up, I would have had to pay €35–40 for a taxi. Still, the staff (Celeste) stayed up late trying to reach me via WhatsApp and phone calls to confirm my arrival time. I truly felt he went above and beyond, especially considering this was a non-refundable booking (and he probably also needed to arrange the 4 a.m. airport drop-off). In the end, I did take a cab to the hotel, managed a couple of hours of rest, and I’m glad I did. Not to mention, they even left a breakfast-to-go in my room. Although my stay was short, I would definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for quiet accommodation and excellent customer service."

"マルペンサ空港、マルペンサエクスプレスの駅に直結していてとても便利。ホテルの敷地が広く、部屋までなかなか辿り付かないのだけが唯一の難か？最初に泊まった時は、夜遅く時差ボケの頭で迷ったが、今回は2回目で問題なかった。廊下に敷いてある厚手の絨毯の上をスーツケースの車輪が滑りにくいが、音を和らげるためなのだろう部屋が広く、ベッドの寝心地がとても良い。今回も出発が早く、滞在時間は長くなかったが熟睡できた。このベッドが非常にありがたい。照明も居心地が良く、朝食を取るなどゆっくり過ごせなかったことだけが残念。"

"マルペンサ空港までの送迎サービス付き 30分間隔で運行しているので乗車前にフロントに声かければ特に何もせずに乗れます。イタリアでは珍しくバスタブ付きの浴室でした。利用はしなかったですが、サウナ付きで施設サービスは充実しておりCAの方も利用されているホテルでした。"

"市内の同価格帯のホテルより数段上。朝はホテルの外観を何枚も写真におさめたほど、美しいホテル。空港から５００メートルくらいの距離なので「歩いて行けるかな」と思ってGoogleマップで調べたら、空港から２０分以下で行ける。当日Googleマップのナビを起動して歩き始め、ちょっとしてからもう一回マップをよく見たら、なんとGoogleマップは自動車専用道路を歩かせて、しかも反対車線を横断させようとしている！！みんな！Googleマップには気をつけて！！素直にホテルの有料送迎を利用しよう！日本の方へホテルの有料送迎は電話のみです。しかも日本語非対応です。でも中学英語でなんとかなります！あと、イタリアのホテルは基本的に湯沸かし器がありません（イギリスはある）。朝食は無料で付いてきます（イギリスは無い）。イタリアもイギリスもウォシュレットはありません。 "
