"It was okay. Wouldnt consider it a 4 star. Did not feel the value was worth it. The hot tub didn’t work throughout our stay, which is the primary reason for booking. The massage was in organized and disappointing. The room cleaning wasn’t great. Breakfast was way over priced, and the building was t finished. "

"Great location, fantastic service. Beautiful hotel. Highly recommended - you won’t be disappointed. Ski shop attached to hotel where you can hire kit (or store your own skis overnight). Spa / swimming pool and multiple restaurants. We will be back."

"The views from the hotel were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the pistes in Les Bergers were excellent. The only couple of negatives were the room cleaning (timing of cleaning and inconsistent of refreshment replenishment) and the 20 Euro charge of 1 hour spa usage for hotel guests."

"Spotless room lovely lady at front desk , great parking, location superb . Nice brekkie . Just a shame people decided to smoke on the balcony first thing in the morning in the next room ruining the gorgeous fresh air . Not the hotel’s fault ….views were amazing from the room. A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control.
