"Both my family and my sister in-laws family had a great visit at this property. Great location. The Queen need advertised is actually a full size and needs to be replaced. I would say the property is due for a refresh for things like touch up paint, deep clean, and carpet replacement. We also could not find the fire pit out back and the grill was rusty so we didn’t use it. Again, just need some TLC, but we still had a great time at this property. The Fuzzball table and pool table were great."

"This home is huge! At times we couldn't even find each other. So many bedrooms all over the place and each with their own bathroom. It's been recently renovated so everything is new. The "speakeasy" room is very cool. We spent a lot of time playing pool and poker. The kids liked the cinema room. Every morning coffee and breakfast in the screenroom was a great way to start the day. There is plenty of tables and chairs for large group seating to eat or play games. There is a large Blackstone grill that was great for cooking for our large group. The outdoor space under cover is really nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. At night it's a great space to sit and talk or play games with lights all around. Didn't use the firepit because it was extremely hot out while we were there but it's a nice set up and I imagine it would be great when its cooler out. Location was great to get to the resort at Massanutten, Luray Caverns and Harrisonburg for eating out. I highly recommend this property."
