Unit Layout
You will stay in a 2-room apartment with a total area of 50 square meters, located on the ground floor. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2022 and features simple and practical furnishings. It consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a kitchen corner, and a TV with a flat screen. The living/dining area has an exit leading to the garden and the patio. Additionally, there is one double bedroom.
Amenities Included
The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette that includes an oven, four gas rings, a kettle, and a microwave. It also has a shower/WC and another separate shower/bidet/WC. For your comfort, the apartment is fitted with air conditioning and forced-air heating, with heating available only from November 1st to March 31st. Outside, you can enjoy a patio, a large garden, terrace furniture, a barbecue area, and deck chairs. The property offers a panoramic view of the sea, the countryside, and the resort.
