Completely private and fully fenced, Villa Gisolfi offers 285 square meters of interior living space and is divided into two independent apartments arranged over two levels. This unique layout makes it ideal for large families, groups of friends, or multiple generations traveling together who wish to spend time together while still enjoying their own privacy.



Panoramic terraces, private pool, and Mediterranean gardens



The outdoor areas are among the villa’s most impressive features.



The property boasts more than 320 square meters of panoramic sea-view terraces. The ground floor is enhanced by a beautiful private terrace of 73 square meters, furnished with sun umbrellas and a large outdoor dining table for 12 guests, ideal for al fresco breakfasts, family lunches, and sunset dinners overlooking the sea.



On the upper level, guests will find a spectacular rooftop terrace of approximately 250 square meters, one of the most exclusive areas of the property. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views stretching from Capri to Mount Vesuvius, including Punta Campanella and the entire Gulf of Naples.



Nestled within the gardens is the private swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 1.20 m), open from April 1st to October 31st. The pool is exclusively reserved for guests staying at the villa and can be freely enjoyed by guests of both apartments. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and relaxation spaces, making it the perfect place to cool off during warm summer days or simply unwind while admiring the spectacular views.



The 1,000 square meters of terraced gardens offer several peaceful corners furnished with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility while surrounded by the fragrance of citrus trees and the beauty of Mediterranean nature.



Guests wishing to reach the sea on foot can access the Capitan Cook beach club and rocky shoreline in approximately 15–20 minutes. The route follows a scenic trail through Mediterranean vegetation and requires comfortable walking shoes due to its steep sections.



The villa offers private parking for up to 4 cars. From the parking area, guests reach the property via 26 steps.
