"Alles ist genauso, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und sieht exakt so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung (inkl. Diffusor zB) und Host Marco ist ein super lieber Kerl. Er war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns ganz viele Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben und zB auch eine Fähre nach Capri für uns gebucht. Haben uns echt richtig wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen :)"

"PROS: The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Breakfast every morning had so many options and was great before going out for the day. We rented a scooter and parking was very convenient. Hotel shuttle every hour was convenient. CONS: AC has to be requested, which isn’t the worst, but very inconvenient when you get back to your room after walking A LOT. Rooms did not come with an iron, which was VERY inconvenient every single day having to go downstairs to iron before getting dressed in your room, it was surprising and annoying TBH. The last shuttle for pickup of the day was 7/7:30PM, which was inconvenient for days that we wanted to do later activities in the city."

"We had a wonderful stay last week. Our room over looking Capri was magical. The Staff were kind and helpful. The cleaning of our room was exceptional. Beautiful pool area and we ate by the pool twice for lunch, a lovely experience both times, with lovely fresh fish, prawns and seafood pasta. Our only disappointment was breakfast, it really was poor, the Staff seemed to want to clear up around us and the choice of food was very basic. The fresh fruit, was not fresh at all, and every day, the same. Location slightly outside of Sorrento, but no problem, as the bus 2 euros each, was very regular and literally the stop was outside the Hotel reception, and took about 12 minutes. All in all a beautiful traditional Hotel that we would come back to, with lovely people, just need to improve breakfast."

"The girls at the front desk were knowledgeable, friendly… curious and genuinely interested… They helped me in a huge way by helping me. Send packages home to North Carolina USA. Yes the pool was amazing however, the daily shuttles to Sorrento and Sorrento back to the hotel was perfect and the boat excursion they picked you up the hotel and bought you back to the hotel and those were amazing! Thank you girls for helping me. Have a wonderful day. I would highly recommend this Hotel. It’s a put on your bucket list for sure…"

"The hotel was situated a couple of miles out of sorrento, which suited us as it was peaceful. Easy to get to on regular bus service to sorrento. Our room was lovely and had a large balcony were we could see both Capri and Mount vesuvius. The breakfast included was good with lots of choice. The is tea and coffee sache in rooms however a coffee pod machine would have been a nice touch as we had one in previous hotel which made a big difference. Woukd recommend thought as nice hotel and friendly staff."

Front desk manager was fake and also rude, commenting badly about us in Italian when we asked him to explain charges for us that he clearly misspoke on. Other than that, was worth the price. Convenience store on sight, and $10 breakfast buffet with pastries and some cold cuts/cheese, coffee etc"
