「The apartment was really nice and had just about everything one could need. The great room was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen was very functional though we ate out but appreciated the refrigerator. The TV was large but a bit baffling to figure out. The location was excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. 「We enjoyed our weekend getaway here! Wonderful host, very clean and well stocked space, and perfect location close to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach in less than a minute. Also an easy walk to the CB Pier, where there was live music. Parking was easy and accessible. The pool was great and the patio was perfect for morning coffee! Perfect for couples looking to spend time in CB!」

「I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily.」

「Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend.」

Wrightsville beach is a close drive, a great area to walk with an open farmers market each Monday with fresh fish, seafood, and other great vendors. Short drive to downtown Wilmington with great restaurants and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with and the condo was very clean and organized. Easy check in with clear directions for departure.」
