「We've stayed there over several years and really enjoyed it. But its getting old. Front door lock and skeleton key were a nightmare. Several minutes of jiggling to get inside on arrival. Both of us tried, and then had great difficulty getting the key out of the lock. Same thing happened after we returned from a day of shopping. Took almost 20 minutes. Both wine corks broken, coffee pot dirty. I contact the host, someone was sent to clean the room while we waited. Not sure if bathroom was cleaned or floors swept.」
