"The front seat lady was awfully rude. From the moment my friend and myself walked into the office she addressed us as if we did not belong there while being quite polite to other guests. She knocked at the door to say that check out is at 1100 way before time as if to kick us out . Even the next room neighbor was shocked and shared her disbelief to how unprofessional this lady was to me. Finally at 1100 I took myself and my friend’s stuff out of the room to oblige her and she pursued to tell me I couldn’t stay on the property to wait for my friend who had gone out and would be coming back shortly as it was obvious I wouldn’t be able to carry all our belongings by myself. When I asked for her name she refused to share it, for obvious reasons 😡"
