"Wanted something affordable that would work just for the night, was not satisfied. The AC/ heater sounded like a lawn mower which de-railed us from using it because it was so loud. TV network did not work so we ended up having to watch movies on my laptop. Also there was no washcloths in the room so when I needed one there was not one available. Only good thing about this room was the fact that it had a full size fridge and a microwave. And the price otherwise then that I give it 1 to 2 stars."

"The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool isn’t heated and Florida had a recent cold snap, so it was chilly. We did still get in for a quick swim. The Internet was down, and it took a day for a new box to be installed. Jose was very responsive and handled all requests quickly. The house could use a few more essentials, such as more tp, paper towels, bottle opener, salt and pepper.Very nice house and Jose is great!"

However, on the day of check-in — after the scheduled check-in time — they informed me that the property was overbooked and cancelled our reservation.This left us stranded with nowhere to stay and scrambling to find last-minute accommodations in the area. We ended up having to stay at a very unsettling motel, which completely disrupted our plans and experience.Cancelling on guests after check-in time due to overbooking is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
