「We enjoyed our stay so close to the beach enormously. The location is great for exploring Cape Cod as it’s so central.」

「This was our third time staying at Steve’s cottage. It has been wonderful each time. The property is maintained well and very clean. Perfect location to walk to the beach, use the community pool and shop/dine on Main Street Hyannis. Steve is very prompt to respond and checks in with us to make sure our stay is perfect. We highly recommend this property and will be back in the future!」

「The waterfront view and peaceful front deck and yard was great! The early mornings and evenings on the Adirondack chairs were the highlights of the cottage - watching the water fowls and ospreys roaming the sky. Tucked away enough to not hear the road noise. The loft is for nimble folks, bunk beds are great for little kids but a bit small for teens. Grilling was easy with all the tools needed. The IKEA induction stove kept the cottage from heating up during meal times. Outdoor shower was nice....

「We loved our stay at this property! The house is close to the grocery store and activities, but it didn't feel like you are in a main area. The view is wonderful, the outdoor shower is great, the two decks are relaxing and it was the perfect getaway. Kevin is communicative and very quick to reply to any messages!」

「The cottage was the perfect size for my family of four. Located just a short drive to multiple beaches. The private beach was a perfect place to take a short walk and enjoy the scenery.」

「This property is a charming one bedroom cottage nestled in a seaside enclave. The outdoor shower is the best I’ve experienced and add a bonus of outdoor toilet adjacent to but not in shower. Kellie supplied us with guest passes to lovely small town beach as well as bicycles and kayaks. There are many areas to explore on the property including an outdoor table tennis set up, fire pits, hammock and multiple outdoor dining options. Bring your binoculars to watch the osprey catch their dinners!」

「Location and value could not have been beat.. With no more than a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.. It had everything we needed and more. The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable」

「We enjoyed our week! Beautiful condo with all the things we needed. So close to the beach and loved the trails and the Marketplace as well. Neighborhood was peaceful and just what we were looking for to relax and rejuvenate! 」

「The property was prepared, very thoughtful and had everything you could think of for a wonderful beach Island stay. The only downside was cable because I’m addicted to TV and I would’ve appreciated at least a smart TV that I could connect my own Netflix. 」

And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay!」
