"Buen alojamiento para mascotas, pero fuimos con un perro de aguas, con el que llevamos sus 5 años viajando, y nos indicaron que sólo se permiten hasta 10kg, aunque nos dejaron alojarnos. El problema es que a la hora de hacer una reserva en una web de viajes sólo se puede seleccionar si admiten mascotas o no. La comunicación del hotel llega posterior a la reserva y ya llega tarde la información. Habrá que comprobar previamente a la reserva la web del hotel. Aunque como digo no nos había sucedido...

"Excelente alojamiento low cost, sin personal ni lujos pero con lo imprescindible para descansar en un sitio con un mínimo de calidad, espacio y todo nuevo y limpio. Nos ha sorprendido para bien. Íbamos con dos niños y teníamos el sofá montado. Zona tranquila pero el bar de al lado cubre necesidades también genial. Repetiríamos sin dudar. "

"Contraté una reserva en Poloestudios de Zaratan por dos noches del 10 al 12 de abril. Te piden hacer el check in de hace de forma virtual 24h antes de la entrada y así lo hice. La entrada es a partir de las 14h, sin embargo después de hacer varias llamadas sin repuesta desde la puerta del alojamiento conseguí contactar cerca de las 17h, la persona que me respondió me dijo que se había olvidado de enviarme los códigos de entrada. Al entrar el apartamento estaba sucio y con insectos, llamé pero...
