It was a nice place that was pretty clean. I feel the price is a bit excessive given the noise from the bars and other tenants, dogs, etc. that went on until about 2 am. Previous reviews mentioned this, but I felt compelled to be fair and give it a try. I will probably try a house next time even if I have to drive a little further.

The space was great and host was communicative and easy to work with. It is located between two fun bars which is convenient, however very loud late at night. There is a great coffee shop right down the street that we went to multiple times!
