「The room was clean, quiet and the customer service was exemplary. However, the TV was not working. Hotel personnel came to try to fix the issue but it couldn’t be resolved. They did offer to change my room, but I opted to stay since it was very late and I had already unpacked. I would come back because of the customer service. 」

「This was a nice hotel at one time. Not long ago. We stayed on a Friday night and there were only 10 cars in the parking lot. It’s my belief that this hotel needs an upgrade, but simply can’t afford it. It’s such a great location in Port Huron, close to all the wonderful amenities, this town offers, but… the room was dated, the bath mat was stained, the carpet was stained, and the staff was kind but definitely new and inexperienced with dealing with a public. There was a very heavy, musty smell...

「At the front desk they had a posted policy about quiet time beginning at 10:00 PM. Despite that, the person in the next room had his TV on so loud that if felt as though he was in our room with us. This went on all night. Additionally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I was in pain no matter which way I turned. Between these two things, I was unable to sleep last night.」

「its a great historic house with a large living space. Everything is updated. walking distance to downtown and the river. We were in town for a funeral and visiting relatives so we only used the house for sleeping, showering and getting dressed. the house was clean and well stocked with towels and everything we needed. I would stay there again.」
