Being a smaller, local company they are able to provide excellent, personal service and support and have a detailed knowledge of the area. You cannot get this from larger agencies. 「We had a wonderful stay in this cosy, quiet cottage with plenty of space and everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked but, you will need to bring any essentials salt and pepper, oil, etc. very nice pet welcome pack and packs of welcome with tea and cleaning items. 「I found the apartment to be clean, comfortable and well equipped, the allocated parking space is great to have as street parking can be challenging in Keswick. The location is perfect, quiet with only a short walk into town. I'd certainly book again unless I decided to take bikes as there didn't appear to be anywhere for storing them. "スタッフみなさんとてもフレンドリーで親切。ロケーションも自然の中にありとてもよく、Keswickの町から程良く離れていて、静かで、ホテルの外に出た瞬間から大自然が楽しめました。早朝は鳥や鹿がホテル敷地内で見れ、徒歩2分で湖があり、徒歩10分程でPublic Foot Pathがあり湖を約一周するスタート地点になります。朝ごはんもおいしく、3泊の滞在中の夕食は2回レストランでいただきました。部屋に冷蔵庫があったらなおよかったですが、支障はなかったです。シャワー・トイレなどもリノベーションされておりとても清潔・快適でした。ほかの宿泊客もフレンドリーで落ち着いた世代が多く、静かに自然を楽しめて、とてもよかったです。"
