"We had no working air conditioning or heat. My husband has pulmonary fibrosis and needed air conditioning . The hotel was booked due to a convention. The room was small. Rooms are outdated. The lobby and bar area, is nice. I expected our room to reflect that. The pool was horrible. It was dark inside. The metal ceiling is falling down. Some of the tables are slanting. I would not stay again at this location. The outlet behind the chair in the corner of the room is hanging out of the wall! That was scary! "

"The room decor was a little out dated and the comforter could’ve have been cleaner. There were stains on the top cover, sheet, as well as the pillow cover. The bathroom had a strange odor and the room next doors walls were paper thin. "

"The staff was appoligetic, but there was ledt over insulin medication in the and left over food in the fridge. Plus a left over bowl with dried blood from the blood checker. Also the shower head was not working it needed to be reset as soon as we got their. Then it went out again by morning. "

"Breakfast was pretty average - pancake maker doesn't work very well. They didn't keep up with the heavy crowds really well - spring break seemed to peak the crowds. Clean and comfortable room. Liked the small balcony (not enough room to sit - standing only). Staff were moderately personable - it really depended on which one you spoke to. Probably not quite as good of a place as the reviews suggested, but okay. "
