L`Ebrezza is a vacation apartment in Campomarino di Maruggio, just 30 meters from the beach.

L`Ebrezza is a modern and cozy vacation home just 30 meters from the sea and the beautiful beach of Campomarino di Maruggio.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a series of cottages, and has an outbuilding under the street level.
The gated entrance leads to an outdoor space furnished with a sitting area for spending time outdoors. Two staircases start from here: the one leading to the second floor, where the apartment L`Ebrezza is located, and the one to the detached annex.
The newly built house is equipped with new furniture and consists of functional spaces. On the second floor are the living room with kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, plus the bathroom complete with shower stall.
The annex is a furnished studio apartment with double bed, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator and microwave, complete with shower room.

L`Ebrezza is a very nice and convenient solution to spend your vacations near the Ionian Sea, with beach within walking distance and within walking distance from the center and all the commercial activities of Campomarino di Maruggio.
Here the coast is sandy and unspoiled, the sea has many shades of turquoise, renowned for clear and shallow waters that allow bathing easily for adults and children. Boat trips are available on request to admire the coastline of Taranto`s Ionian arch.
 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
