"Martin is a nice host and communicates promptly. The apartment is on the ground floor and well appointed including a shopping cart and bicycle. The location is quiet, close to tram, groceries and the train station. I wouldn’t change a thing,"

"Alles top modern und neu eingerichtet. Eine zweite Toilette für so viele Betten wäre wünschenswert und ein Duschvorhang wäre auch nötig, wenn man nicht immer im nassen Bad stehen will ;-) Die Betten und auch die Ausziehcouchen waren bequem und die Lage ist sehr ruhig, mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Alles in Allem ein super Wochenende!"

"Very bad. Dirty and this is the bed mattress. Sheets full of dirt in all the rooms. Owner does not care and said ‘as long as the sheet on top of the mattress is clean’ it doesn’t matter. "

"Occasionally you find a real stand out gem and this was it, sublime views of the river, dramatic sunsets and a wonderful balcony. Inside the highest class of fixtures and fittings, a top notch gym and free bicycles. The owners were awesome. Couldn’t fault a single thing, love it! "

"We stayed here for two nights, very lovely clean room, fully equipped. Breakfast is an option if you like but we didnt decide on it. The beds are comfy and the rooms are very lovely. Heads up if you plan on travelling into Vienna on a Sunday, the bus only stops once an hour and last bus is at 7pm so later you would need to take uber we also didnt know coming back into the hotel late in the evening that on Sundays the bus doesnt stop at the hotel bus stop after a certain time instead it turns left and misses around 4/5 bus stops one of them being the hotel one which was a bit hard but we managed. There are ubers running if needed. Overall a lovely stay easy check in even at 11pm. "
