"Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet.Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren wir mit der Ausstattung zufrieden. Die Dusche hat zum Beispiel keinen Spritzschutz, welches das Bad regelmäßig unter Wasser gesetzt hat. Des weiteren fehlen im Bad Haken, auf welche man Handtücher hinhängen kann, gerade bei 5 Personen. Ein Zimmer hat ein Bett, welches sehr bequem ist, bei den andren beiden Zimmer ist es eher eine Couch, die auch nicht so breit ist. Gerade wenn man diese mit 2 Personen nutzen möchte. Die...

"Martin is a nice host and communicates promptly. The apartment is on the ground floor and well appointed including a shopping cart and bicycle. The location is quiet, close to tram, groceries and the train station. I wouldn’t change a thing,"

"Very bad. Dirty and this is the bed mattress. Sheets full of dirt in all the rooms. Owner does not care and said ‘as long as the sheet on top of the mattress is clean’ it doesn’t matter. "

"The hotel was easy to find just a short walk from the underground line U1 very friendly staff very clean room The only down side no tea or coffee making facilities in the room Breakfast. Had a good continental selection "

"When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from Expedia to cancel this reservation, but the hotel never responded to Expedia. On the fourth day, I ran out of toilet paper. I notified the hotel and was informed that they only provide one roll. !! This was not disclosed ahead of time and all the toilet paper was in the bathroom for each of the 4 guest rooms to use. There was also no WiFi even though it was advertised to have it. The front door to the apartment was often left wide open and unlatched, which is a huge safety concern. I definitely do not recommend this property. "
