"Parking felt unsafe, first room was so filthy I had to ask for a new room, new room wasnt much better, dirty blankets on bed, cob webs everywhere, no light bulbs in lamps, needed dusted badly, carpet and walls were visibly dirty, tub had ha I r in it. the place is a run down crap hole, no way the good reviews on this place are real guests!! "I’m sorry to leave a bad review, but it’s only so other people don’t stay there. It’s beyond dirty and I felt disgusting being in there. Receptionist was ok but the cleaning staff and condition of the hotel is not ok."

" Overall, my stay was a mixed bag. The interior of the hotel was perfectly fine and well-maintained, but the first impression was a bit rough. There were several construction areas flanking both sides of the entrance, which made the exterior look quite cluttered and not very visually appealing. As for the amenities, the room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. It met expectations without being particularly standout. The breakfast, to be honest, wasn’t great. It was functional, but the quality could definitely be improved. The highlight of the trip was the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly friendly and professional, providing excellent service despite the ongoing renovations. Overall, It was just okay. It’s a decent, functional place to crash. #JustOkay"

"Booked a hot tub, and was not given one and was a hassle to even get accomdated for what I paid for. "

"The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Only thing that really bugged us was that we booked this hotel specifically for the pool. The entire time we were staying there the pool was closed for being “under maintenance”. The front desk made it sound like a kid pooped in the pool or something but that doesn’t take days to take care of. I have a feeling they keep that sign up on a regular basis because other people have complained on the same thing recently there. Maybe they don’t want to deal with taking care of it. It was a letdown because the kids were looking forward to it. They didn’t seem eager to fix the issue or compensate us until we asked on our last day, which they gave us free parking. When we looked at the pool it looked perfectly fine. Just bad luck I guess."
