「House was amazing. Getting up the driveway was not an issue, and well worth it. View was breathtaking, especially when the clouds rolled in. Hot tub was a major bonus as well as the game room. Hot Springs was cool. Cell coverage is spotty the last 20-25 mins to the house so make sure you check-in well before arriving. Communication with host was solid. A nice getaway deep in the mountains!」

「For the brief time we were there it felt like it was our cabin. The mornings were very, very peaceful as we got ourselves organized for the day.I will be recommending Nancy’s cabin to any of my acquaintances that are headed the Asheville Way.」

「Lovely stay. Would stay here again」

「Honestly the owner was excellent. Exactly as stated and more. It’s all about the pets. She should teach others what it is to be a pet host. I can not believe I found this gem and would recommend everyone that has a pet to stay here faster than in a heart beat. It was a wonderful stay and my Zuzu actually felt at home. Thank you」

「A nice weekend getaway for our family. The house was clean and well-maintained with even some treats for our dogs. It was about 15-20 minute ride into downtown with good views. The owners were also very responsive to any questions.」

「We had an excellent stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax.」

「Property was fantastic for a mountain getaway with friends. Tons of amenities were as advertised and the host communication was on point. Will keep this property in mind for future trips!」

「Quiet location with a large elevated deck amongst mature trees. Great place to hang out!」

「It’s a big, wonderful space for a group of friends to hang out at!」

「What an absolute gem of a property! Joe is a spectacular host and this is a beautiful place. 10 out of 10 would recommend! We booked at the last minute for an impromptu 2-night stay over the July 4, 2026 weekend (2 adults and a dog). Joe immediately reached out to let us know that our stay would coincide with a huge Independence Day celebration at Twin Willows, in case this wasn’t the vibe we were hoping for. I appreciated the consideration and heads-up. We arrived in the middle of the party,...

「Great place to stay when coming to NC to raft on the French Broad. Clean and had good extras like a variety of teas and keurig flavors, shampo, body wash etc.in case you forgot something. My husband and I and 3 young adult kids stayed here 2 nights. Main drawback was that we were counting on the extra twin and/or pull out couch and neither could be found. I have a 6’4 and also a 6’ son who were planning to have their own beds. 3 queen beds was all we found. So if planning to use all the...

「Great will visit again」

「You can’t beat the location. The house was comfortable and his well-maintained.」

「The host was a GREAT communicator! This home was peaceful, had beautiful views from all three decks, and such thoughtful details throughout the space that made this an unforgettable trip for my entire family. 「Great location and well maintained home. We had plenty of space for 5 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. It was very convenient to Asheville and close to downtown Weaverville. We very much enjoyed seeing bunnies and deer wandering in the yard!」
