"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "Both Aldriana and Taisiia at the front desk were very helpful and professional. Everyone else acted as if we were an interuption. Not good. The daily breakfast was good and the breakfast room staff was good, until our last morning (Sunday), the woman we delt with suddenly turned sour and argumentative.over a cup of coffee, unbelievable. The biggest debacle was laundry. No one tells you about the procedure at checked in, just that it’s free on the 8th floor. Beware: you need a special card, that of course they are out of. Worst experience ever, Although aMargot was helpful, I wasted hours and was truly frustrated, to make matters worse I requested to speak to the Manager, no response, no follow up, I figure this culture of bad service starts at the top: either the Manager couldn’t be bothered or was never informed, not good. Also every morning the water jug was empty, the trash overflowing and smelly. I won’t return."

"Very nice hotel. Our only complaints were the people slamming their doors throughout the night. It was loud! Also, hotel is advertised as having air conditioning. There is a thermostat on on the wall however it did not cool the room when we placed it on this setting. We came back about one hour later and it was the same. My husband called the front desk and was informed there is no A/C. If we wanted cooler temperatures we were instructed to open our window. It was a bit too warm for us and very humid in the morning."

"Sure it's clean and the staff are off chose lovely but - they don't provide a kettle in the room which i find really annoying, who doesn't like a tea before bed? I came for the sauna and steam room but the steam room was broken. Why not just fix it? Pay someone to come and fix it as soon as it breaks. Simple. Last time I came the shower outside the sauna was broken. Even easier to fix. Really poor"
