Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Eine Station mit der Metro vom Bahnhof. Im sechsten Stock. Der Fahrstuhl ist nichts für Klaustrophobiker. Hauptkritikpunkt: Den kleinen Balkon konnten wir nicht nutzen. Auch konnten wir nicht lüften. Die Abluft der untenliegenden Küchen war unerträglich. Wir wechselten nach drei Tage das Quartier.

Sehr netter Kontakt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnungstür muss von innen abgeschlossen werden, da sie sonst nicht richtig schließt und das Schloss der Badezimmertür ist defekt. Für den Preis dennoch eine gute Unterkunft.

Parfait pour séjour entre ami.e.s

Location parfaite pour un séjour ! Nous étions 3 et cela aurait pû être très confortable a 4 également !! Rapport qualité prix au rendez vous . Proche de tout , transport, restaurant, café, tabac , supermarché ! La personne qui s'occupe du logement à su être réactive ! Beaucoup de vis à vis avec les voisins d'en face , on peut presque leur taper une bise .

The check-in details and comms with Jean-Francois were super clear. The apartment itself is fine (was there in June, so very hot and no AC! Even though there is a very effective fan); the building of the apartment is quite rough and ready, but I didn't have any problems.

Studio très bien situé

Studio agréable et bien situé. Petit balcon sympa. Bon contact à distance avec les propriétaires. Il fait un peu chaud sur la mezzanine mais il y a un ventilateur. Très central, tout contre le typique marché de Noailles on peut tout faire à pied.

Le logement est idéalement situé, à proximité des principaux points d'intérêt de la ville et des transports en commun.L'appartement est calme, lumineux et bien équipé.Les échanges avec le propriétaire étaient faciles, et avec une vraie volontée d'accueil ! Très appréciable !

4 jours pour raison familiale, qui se sont avérés très agréables. L'occasion de revoir des amis, de faire du shopping, de voir où revoir certains quartiers et surtout de prendre l'air de la mer.Le studio a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes, par son aspect à la fois central et très calme, grâce à son étage élevé et sa situation.

Emplacement idéal mais mobiliers vétuste.Éclairage bien moyen .Fenêtre difficile a fermer .il manque des éléments de cuisine. Lit très bas ,sommier sans pied a même le sol.Mais très Très calme
