The place has been completely renovated (living areas, kitchen, bathrooms). All the furniture, appliances, and linens are brand new. The air conditioning is controlled by a remote. Day by day, we continue to enhance it based on our ideas, our preferences, and your suggestions... As for rates, we adapt to your needs; therefore, we charge a small additional fee for each extra person for the following reasons... Upon arrival, you’ll find everything you need to get started on your stay, including: coffee, tea, herbal teas, hot chocolate, sliced bread, as well as butter, jam, a little milk, and fruit juice in the fridge... The cleaning of the accommodation (interior and patio) also includes washing all linens, which will be clean upon your arrival. You’ll find toiletries you may need, as well as a hair dryer. You’ll understand that keeping this place in good condition is important to us so we can continue to offer a very pleasant stay with complete confidence.
The elevation of this beautiful panoramic view also helps you stay healthy—especially for those lucky enough not to have a car ;-) There are several options for getting to the apartment depending on your preferences:
- From St. Charles Station: --> The most direct and simplest option is Uber: about 30 minutes for approximately €25. --> Take the TER train toward L’Estaque. From there, L’Estaque Station is a 10–15-minute walk from the property. --> Take Metro Line 2 to the Bougainville terminus. Then take Bus Line 36 to the La Nerthe terminus (so don’t take the 36B). The accommodations are 400 m away. It’s a bit of an uphill walk. --> Take Metro Line 2 to Joliette. Then take Bus Line 35, which runs along the coast to Estaque Port. The accommodations are a 10-minute walk away. It’s a slight uphill walk.
- From Marignane Airport: --> The most direct and easiest option is Uber: about 35 minutes for about 30 €. --> Take the No. 36 coach to Bougainville, which runs every day except Sunday. Then transfer to Bus Line 36 to the La Nerthe terminus (so do not take the 36B). The accommodations are 400 m away. It’s a bit of an uphill walk. --> The Line 91 shuttle runs daily to St. Charles Station. (Then follow the instructions above for departing from St. Charles Station).
